Accident Procedures

1. Ensure safety, move to a secure location if possible.
2. Call 15 (SAMU) or 177 (Police) for assistance.
3. Contact ET TAAJ RENT CARS emergencies immediately.
4. Document everything: photos, witness contacts, official reports.
5. Use the 24/7 emergency hotline: +212 772 331 080.

Required: Driver details, vehicle registration, insurance copy.

Procedure Two

Breakdown Assistance

1. Move to a safe location away from traffic.
2. Call roadside assistance via concierge line.
3. Provide booking details, location, and vehicle status.
4. Wait for assistance (approx. 30–45 minutes).

Insurance Claims Process
